Dear Visitor,
Welcome to the Science, International Relations & External Affairs Office at CMJ University! The International Office (SIREAO) provides professional support and advising services to international students and scholars at CMJ University regarding their visa application/status in the India. The SIREAO is committed to providing quality advising services and supportive programming to students, scholars, and their dependents.
Our goal is to help the international students, scholars, and CMJ faculty and staff, navigate the many complexities associated with student- and employment-based visa classifications within the CMJU community. We are committed to providing our clients with accurate information and the highest quality of service, taking into account institutional policies and ever-changing national and international regulations.

- To establish relationships locally, regionally and internationally with different entities and to build programs such as student exchange/study abroad programs, internships and scholarship.
- To ensure recruitment and participation of students in study abroad and exchange programs.
- To organize workshops , conferences and activities to cultivate and maintain CMJU’s relationship with its students and external partners.
- To identify external events/activities/conferences beneficial to our students/faculty while encouraging them to take part and serve as CMJU Ambassadors.
- To properly implement an action plan for increasing awareness of CMJU’s External Relations Office by liaising with respective departments at CMJU.

- Coordinating and supporting external, regional and international functions and visits undertaken by members of the Senior University management
- Managing the external, regional and international visitor program for short-term visitors to the University
- Coordinating and providing administrative support for visiting academics
- Representing CMJU at institutions and meetings that promote internationalization and international education
- Disseminating information on external, regional and international events, prospectus relationships and links.
- Collecting feedback materials related to the external, regional and international issues.
- Publicizing CMJU academic activities and programs; coordinating internal and external communications, coordinating all media relations and publicity materials.
- It reports quarterly to the Executive President of International Academic Affairs with all the external, regional and international programs and activities taking place within the University.
- Promote CMJU nationally, regionally and internationally.
- Develop external, regional and international initiatives and exchange activities for students, staff and partners.
- Identify, prioritize, facilitate and enhance interactions at all levels with selected educational institutions, industry, government, consortia and other international partners.
- Devise and manage a comprehensive publicity plan to disseminate information to all partners.
- The SIREAO provides services to academic departments when they wish to take on external, regional and/or international activities that fit within the University’s mandate and the departments’ respective academic priorities:
- It coordinates the establishment, development, and review of the University's formal bilateral and multilateral relations at external, regional and levels.
- It provides advisory and consultancy services to the faculty and administration and advises in the design and implementation of external, regional and international projects.
- Liaises with key government and non-government agencies and diplomatic missions in Sudan and overseas

- Providing information about potential sources of funding, assistance in preparing proposals, and proposal review.
- Reviewing and approving agreements and contracts.
